  • Flex or softness you can feel in one area of the frame
  • A mark that appeared right after a crash, drop, or over-torqued clamp

Here's the honest part: you often can't tell from the outside. Carbon can look intact and be delaminated underneath, and a "scratch" can hide a fracture. That's exactly what ultrasound inspection is for. It shows the internal state of the laminate, no guessing involved.

"But Can a Repaired Frame Really Be Trusted?"

This is the question that keeps riders up at night, so we don't answer it with slogans. A proper structural repair removes the damaged fibers entirely and rebuilds the area with new carbon, laid up to match the original structure. The repair becomes a permanent part of the frame.
