Your Shop's Carbon Repair Partner

A customer just walked in with a cracked carbon frame, and your answer shouldn't have to be "sorry, can't help." Send the carbon work to us: our carbon fiber bike frame repair service handles the structural work, and your customer comes back to you for the rebuild.

Talk to Us About Referrals

Safe to Put Your Name On

A referral is your reputation on loan, so here's what backs it up. We've been repairing carbon fiber bicycle frames for over a decade, everything from hairline cracks to full tube replacements and bottom bracket shell rebuilds.

Every structural repair can be verified with an ultrasound scan (the same non-destructive testing used on aircraft parts), showing the repaired laminate is fully bonded with no voids. That's proof you can hand to your customer, not a promise you have to make for us.

And the work holds up where it counts: frames we've repaired and painted have been raced hard at the highest domestic level. Browse our recent work and judge the quality yourself.

How the Handoff Works

  1. 1

    Send us the damage

Photos through the form below, from you or directly from your customer. We quote before anything ships.

  2. 2

    You keep the shop work

Strip, box, and ship the frame (or have the customer handle it). Teardown and rebuild labor stays in your shop; we only do the carbon.

  3. 3

    The frame comes back verified

Repaired, scan-verified, color-matched if requested, and back in about 4–6 weeks, with your customer thanking you for knowing who to call.

Shop Questions, Answered

How do we refer a customer?

Point them to twcarbon.com/carbon-fiber-repair, or send us their damage photos yourself through the form below with your shop’s name in the message. Either way, mention your shop. We make sure you look good for the referral.

What does our customer actually experience?

They get a quote from photos before anything ships, insured mail-in (or drop-off at our Kirkwood, MO shop), a documented check-in, updates during the repair, and their frame back ready for you to rebuild. Most repairs are back in riders’ hands in 4–6 weeks.

Can we handle the strip, box, and rebuild work ourselves?

Please do. That’s the natural split. Your shop keeps the teardown, packing, and rebuild labor; we handle only the carbon work. Your customer stays your customer.

How do we know the repair is trustworthy enough to put our name on?

Every structural repair can be verified with an ultrasound scan showing the new laminate is fully bonded with no voids: evidence you can show your customer, not just our word. We’ve been doing this work for over a decade, including frames raced at the highest domestic level.

What kind of damage can you take on?

Cracks, delamination, impact damage, and bond failures on frames, including complex areas like the bottom bracket, head tube, and dropouts. We don’t repair forks, handlebars, stems, or wheels, out of an abundance of caution.
